GALS, ARE YOU TIRED of starvation type diets that taste like crap and don't work? Is your goal to eat healthier-but the Paleo diet is not for you because you love cheese and pizza? Is being a Vegan (no meats, fish, dairy) too damn hard? Then get SASSY and become a Vegevore so you can eat it all! This lifestyle emphasizes veggies, fruits, nuts and whole grains while decreasing the amounts of animal products. It includes all the good stuff, but also allows some guilty pleasures. Definitely easier to maintain! Add Helbert's recipe book as a guide to create healthier meals that will taste great and are fun to eat. And, they won't make you scream..."What the hell am I eating?" and "Damn, I'm still hungry!"

"How I told all diet gurus, fitness experts, and skinny people to go to hell. Then I killed them, ate them, and still lost weight. You can too!"

About Me

Sassy Gal
Welcome to my Sassy Gal Blog! After too many years of obsessing, complaining and even crying over my weight, I created the Sassy-Gal brand as a positive, inspirational lifestyle approach to weight-loss. My strategy of replacing the negative words diet and exercise with funny, witty phrases such as "Kick Ass Plan" or "Big Kitako Removal" (Big Butt Removal in Swahili) will hopefully start a worldwide movement with people laughing their way to success. I even created the Sassy Gal sound button to "Tell all ridiculous diet gurus, fitness experts, and skinny people to go to hell!", to make my weight-loss journey fun. Through my blog I hope to share a daily chocolate quote (because I believe you can't go through life without great chocolate!) , weekly diet stories that are crazy and unbelievable and more.
